The JY-300 Double Shear Double Punch Silicon Steel Cut-to-Length Line is a high-precision automatic production line specially designed for processing silicon steel laminations used in small and medium-sized transformer cores. It is capable of punching, notching, and cutting transformer core sheets with full miter joints, half miter joints, and straight joints, ensuring high efficiency, excellent accuracy, and stable long-term operation.

This production line is widely used in transformer manufacturing industries for producing EI laminations, yoke laminations, and step-lap transformer core sheets. The system performs automatic feeding, V-notch punching, hole punching, angle cutting, sorting, and stacking, greatly improving production efficiency while reducing labor costs.
