The JY-400 Double Shear Double Punch Cut-to-Length Line is a high-efficiency, fully automatic production system designed for processing silicon steel coils into precision transformer core laminations. It integrates feeding, punching, V-notching, shearing, sorting, and stacking into one continuous workflow, making it ideal for medium and large transformer manufacturers.

This machine supports the production of step-lap transformer cores, full miter joints, half miter joints, and straight joints, ensuring high accuracy, low burr, and stable operation.
