On July 31, 2026, Jiangyin Jiyi Machinery completed loading and delivery of customized CNC CRGO grain-oriented silicon steel cut-to-length line to a Vietnamese client for fully automatic lamination processing of distribution transformer cores.

This exported model is equipped with a 2-cut 3-punch processing unit, tapping stacking system and double-station decoiler, a cost-effective mature solution for medium & small transformer factories in Southeast Asia. Optimized for local working conditions in Vietnam, the double-station decoiler allows coil change without production halt to cut downtime. The integrated 2-cut 3-punch unit finishes 45°/135° angle cutting, multi-hole punching and V-notch forming in one pass for various core sizes. The tapping stacking system keeps silicon steel sheets neatly piled and cuts manual sorting work. With closed-loop servo control, the machine  processes 0.18–0.35mm CRGO steel with stable precision, perfectly meeting Vietnam’s transformer expansion driven by power grid upgrading.
